1. Is it possible to macro the pet attack function to one of your own attacks? I currently have one copied from these forums, telling them to attack but I'd like to save a slot on the skill bar. 2. Can you mute pets? The constant chatting/growling/hissing when telling them to attack gets old. 3. Why won't my keybinds stick? They keep resetting whenever I zone. I mapped skill tray one to §,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 but whenever I zone it reverts to §,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0 skipping button number one for some odd reason. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know what means.. 🤔 What's an SA What's an IO FSing, I'm guessing would be fulcrum shifting?

I Now made a Beast/Dark.. Realized I don't like those shields.. I always forget to buff up, and they are so short in duration... 😑 Always preferred a more reactive playstyle as opposed to a proactive one anyway.. I'm fairly certain I haven't made my last Beast Master, tho, but it's nice to grab ideas from other folks. Never even considered Dark before, however with the soul noir FX and a light green shade I can live with it.. 😁

Thought I'd post my question here instead of making a new topic, since it's along the same line. I'm also doing a Beast MM, and I'm picking fighting and at least provoke from presence for some up close and personal gameplay. Not too worried about performance, I just want more of a "pack leader" type approach. Playing with Kinetics atm, and it's been fun, apart from some untimely pet deaths. Don't like those. Now I'm only in my low 20's and I've not been using Fortify Pack alot, maybe that's one reason. I always forget I have it. I just recently realized Thermal has those shields, fire and plasma or something. Anyway, my question is, how effective are those, say compared to the ones from FF? Figured shields and heal from Thermal could help with keeping my furry friends alive.

On my beast mm lvl'd 11, I have Athos and Porthos. Gonna be joined by Aramis, followed by Thelma & Louise and for some reason I'm thinking Frank for the dire wolf.. if I ever make it that far. My bot one has R2-DBAG and C3-PEW-PEW sofar.. but that's all I have yet.. There are some really nice ones posted here though.. Might nick one or two.. 😁

Hah! Had a demon/something to 10 ish too. Whips we're cool and all, but didn't feel the demons. My main worry is that I'll be reassigned a healer for the pets, while they do all the fighting. That, I'm fairly certain I won't like.. The beast attacks also contributed to the feeling of not actually doing anything, as they revolved around ordering yet more beasts to fight, instead of doing it yourself.. 🤔 Well thanks for the replies. We'll see where I go from here. Might level the Robot/Force One some more. That laser rifle, while not melee, looks pretty cool. And the bots looks are growing on me. Maybe some day Che Guevandroid will make it out of praetoria.. 😆

Hello. First time poster here. Installed the game a few weeks ago and having alot of fun making alot of characters an alot less progress. 😄 Made probably like 10 MM's with different powersets and leveling them to around lvl 10. Been spending as much time making costumes as playing them. One I've especially come to like is my Beast/Kinetics with Boxning and Kick from fighting, cos I want to be in the frontlines with my beasts, not hang back. (Had a Beast/Nature one, but didn't really like the animations on Nature skills.. too flowery.) Problem is, it just feels weak, especially after I made a blaster.. Things just died alot quicker. And he didn't feel any squishier honestly. I realize things will likely change a bit as I level, but My question is this: Is melee a lost cause with those particular powersets or can I make it work? I do have a Robotics/Force Field one I like thematically aswell. Which will be a better leveling experience, you think? Edit: I'm talking leveling up to max level, probably won't engage in many endgame activities.. Never have in any MMO..
