I have had a 2 million infl bid on a recipe for over a week and when I check history it shows sales for much less every day. Shouldn't my higher bid win before lower ones?

I have a IOd, incarnated out fire/fire sentinel. Its a beast, the only thing that is bugging me right now is KB, I am about to respec out of fire mastery to pick up Acrobatics. I didn't take fighting, I would also add leadership, it is severely under utilized by players.
