Hello, I'm brand new to world domination and I upped a lvl 50 earth/earth/ice toon. I'm also not quite familiar with Mids and how to make a decent build. From the research I made, I can see that no dominator has Fly but I remember on Live that many controllers could fly. I was wondering if some of you guys could help me in building an effective set, with a limited budget, that could include Fly. I'm using the attached build (eventhough I don't have any of the IOs).
