Both Defenders and Corruptors who also get that power set have said setting, that turns the Ice and Glacial Shield animation into something much less obnoxious, but it is missing for Controllers. Could Controllers please also get that setting? Thanks.

Pretty much what title says. Looking for recommendations on which Secondary to take, and why.

I joke to my groups about how I like my Ice Domination because it turns me into the most pretty one in the group :D But yes Minimal FX would be great!
