Electrical Affinity is a great all-around set for teams and MMs. It is very busy, but only because it offers so many great tools for buffing. Thermal is also pretty solid. It's got shields, heals, buffs and debuffs.

Kinetics does SILLY amounts of damage with Ninjas. Plus they are usually in melee so they benefit from the heals and the FS. Downside is speed-boosted pets make all the dumb AI mistakes but they make them A LOT faster. Nin/Sonic is also pretty solid. Slap Sonic Repulsion with the KB->KD proc on a minion or LT and turn them into a mobile earthquake.

Leveling a Thugs/Time now and really enjoying it. Also have a kitted out Thugs/Sonic that works well, but reapplying buffs every time I zone is a PITA. Sonic Repulsion with KB->KD on my Bruiser makes up for it- he is a walking earthquake. Anything with more +recharge will synergize well, to get that Gang War up as often as possible.
