I remember that from live as well.  Have not been ToT'ing yet in HC, but will try it out and see if I can duplicate your experience.  I am actually using the same machine I was playing on when CoH sunsetted, so I might see the same results.  We'll see, I'll give it a try and post my results if any.

Just ToT'd for about an hour with an SG mate from live who also remembers the "looping sound crash" when going door to door.  Neither of us crashed, we also jumped around getting Eochi and Jack and did the banner event, no problems.  Also, I know I said this was the same machine as I used on live, but really it's just the same motherboard.  I've replaced almost everything else, especially the graphics card, twice.

Sorry - I guess I won't be much help diagnosing this after all.

I do typically run with everything set to "11", but that's never been an issue before last night.  Not on Task Force runs, not on Mothership Runs, or anything else where there were large numbers of players, and effects going off all around me.  I have encountered a slow-down in those situations (though the 64-bit client has improved that considerably), but never a crash to the desktop.  Interestingly enough, I remember something similar happening the last time I played the ToT even on the LIVE server, way back when.  That was a different computer, so the hardware, and the OS has changed since then.  But, the symptoms of sounds beginning to repeat, and the slideshow effect on visuals increasing just before a crash is very similar to what used to happen back then.

Got on a ToT League, and while on it for a couple of hours, I repeatedly crashed to the desktop.  4 times within that time to be exact.  Below is one of the entries from the Application log in Windows 10.  Seemed to be this, or variations on this surrounding every crash.  This is the first time(s) since the game returned that I have had any issues what so ever.

That's a null pointer inside the phsyx engine.  Not good.

This is true, but my fading eyes mean that I try to craft things under my level +3.  I find it harder to read the numbers when they are red.

Also, having a few levels on your marketing character makes a difference in how much you can store on that character.  So while you can use a level one, mine is level 12 and that works pretty well for me.

Where are you seeing this Raptor Pack? The enhance tab which only shows you how much of a increase you are getting (ie it actually only totals up the enhancements)..is buggy we know. It's on the list to be addressed in some way shape or form once we fix issues higher on the list.

I posted about this in the GitHub bug section in the bug about Fitness throwing an error when you first load a legacy build (I erroneously thought they were related, but they are not).  This is happening with the Blaster Tactical Arrow set.  To duplicate, start a Blaster build in Pines, select your T1 Primary and secondary, then save and re-load in MR.  You will see Electrified Net Arrow in yellow, and it is unselctable, and Raptor Pack is in place of your T1 Secondary.  I posed screen shots over there as well.

May be happening for other sets, but that's the only place I have seen it.  My testing, however, is far from exhaustive.

  6. I have to post against the name policy as-is.  I don't mind the unlocking after 30 days at levels 1-5, and I'm OK with 90 days up to 20 or so.  But if you get a character to 2, you've invested enough time in it that you should not have to worry about losing your name because you have not logged in for a while, IMO.

I think it should be a one-time sweep to unlock all level 1-5 that have not been logged in for 30 days.  That would take care of folks squatting on 277 level 1 and 2 names.
