Well,I guess you would have to decide if you wanted a defense build or resistance. With Shield Defense or Super Reflexes you could hit defense soft-cap of Melee,Range and AoE with the addition of Combat Jumping,Weave and Maneuvers. Add in a attack set that gives a defense boost,like Broadsword,Katana,Martial Arts,etc and you could be well over soft-cap.

Ah ha, I see now the accuracy numbers she is quoting are in game. I was looking for them in Mid's.
Tbh, I have been slack on checking accuracy on some of my toons. After checking my blaster snipe is slotted with Sting of the Manticore and that only gives it a 54.3% increase. That's not good for a Snipe power. Time to do some adjusting.

Does this effect only procs of the same type? Or all procs put in Auto Powers? Meaning will slotting a Power Transfer and a Performance Shifter in Stamina ,mean 1 will lose effectiveness?

From a quick glance at your generic IO build. You need to move some slots around, slotting 6 IO of the same type in any power is a waste due to Enhancement Diminishing Returns. Any more than 3 of same enhancement is just a waste. I would stop at 2.
You have Fast Healing 6 slotted with Heal enhancements but only 3 will count,due to ED. So you are better off either putting other enhancements in those slots,or moving the slots to another power. Same for the Stamina and Quick Recovery powers.
You could move some of those slots to Tough,Weave and Maneuvers. You may as well maximize those powers as well as try and minimize the end drain.
Also I would move the defense IOs from Invisibility to Stealth.

Minimal FX for Patron/Epic pool powers really does seem like something that should have been done long ago.
And I may be in the minority but I hate Katana's Divine Avalanche animation.

Can and do exemplar from time to time....just thought it would be fun to do a purpose built toon for that level range. I have plenty of time and inf..so why not 😃

If you are unsure of what your Global name is, it is the name of the first character you created on that account.
Also you can check in game by going to Options>Chat Handle

Thinking of parking a toon at level 20 - 25 for TaskForce/StrikeForce.
And it got me wondering what would be the "best" power set combo and AT for this level ?
I do not really play at this level, so am not sure what to go with. My first thought was a Claws/Energy Brute.
But really would love to hear what ya'll think would work "best"?
*(I know "best" is subjective as hell but how else to word it?)

Just want to re-mention this bug,it really is annoying.

Regenerative Tissue: +Regeneration is a good proc to slot into a passive power like health as well. It actually has a higher Regen percentage than Numina.
And of course the Pancea proc,in my opinion is a must have.
One ideal slotting scenario for Regen ,would be 3 slot Numina with proc,with the 2 aforementioned procs

I think this is one of the biggest mistakes people make tanking LR. You're not trying to kill him,just keep him busy while team does towers.

Here is a build for survivablity ,it assumes the farm teammates only need damage/speed buffs. It is 44% fire/cold defense 43% energy/negative defense,with Agility Incarnate you will be over soft-cap defense. Range defense is 47%.
Unfortunately fire resistance is only 51% so you would need some orange Insps. However Smashing/Lethal Resistance is over cap at around 80%
All in All,I would think it would fair well in a fire farm as well as regular content.
Incarnate powers can help fill resistance gap later on.
Now the really bad news,it will cost a fair bit.Building for fire defense is expensive for obvious reasons.

I don't understand why you keep bringing up Primary and Secondary power choices. Of course a Stone tank should look like a Stone tank. But what does that have to do with what a Plant/Emp troller looks like?

We seem to be drifting off course here.....this is not about primary or secondary power choices for various ATs. This about Epic and Patron Pool powers. This is about a controller(for example) having Ice or Rock Armour because it is the best fit for there build. And having the option to minimalFX these powers.

I find tab seems to pick far away mob but clicking an attack power will target a close mob.There is some binds/macros for next nearest,etc
