To add to this my dual pistols Blaster has this problem, HOWEVER only inflight ; flight, jetpack or hover - (I only have that free Jetpack you get in Posi 2)

This may be deliberate, but BOTLER's shop (His box) has no items for sale. I have tried with a toon with Hero merits and the alinement power ten cycle completed and earned. Tried with other toons, and a help shoutouts response got no positive replies - ie others came and tried for me. I see from a search that this has been questioned before, but that just became a debate on the value of hero merits If this is one on those always being asked questions sorry.
