It was a Homecoming account. She started playing alongside me when Homecoming went public. She's got an @ account online, cuz I looked up her characters using /getglobalname and her characters show up in the responses as being offline, hidden, or doesn't exist. But I know she does cuz we tailored a couple of her characters to work with mine as a duo. She can't log into the forums. I spent most of the afternoon yesterday trying to recover her account, password, etc. After I couldn't sort it, I made this thread hoping to get some ideas on what to do.

My daughter wants to get back into the game, but neither of us can remember her old password. We've tried recovering any old email addresses, we weren't successful on some of them, and using the 'change password' link doesn't send her a reset request to the only email she has now. So we're kinda lost. So does anyone have an idea? Maybe a GM can give her a generic password for her game account? I've no idea at this point.

Same here. We've probably all got names that we haven't used in forever, concepts that just didn't work out.

This problem is still persisting. I managed to get to the options screen long enough to bring my settings to the bare minimum, and played for a few days. Now, though, I wanted to change the color of my speech bubble, and tried to open the options tab. And the game froze, and crashed, twice. I've no idea why this keeps popping up.

Evening. For the past two days, every time I open the Options tab, my game freezes, and I seem to time travel, because the game reverts back to a previous point in the game. Why, I don't know. For istance: Last night I was sitting in AP when an MSR was announced. I went to the RWZ, and was going to double check that I had camera shake off. I crashed each time I tried to open the Options window. I can open any of the other windows, just not the Options window. Any ideas?
