  1. In the build I've designed for my WP/Titan Tanker, his lowest defense is a 34 in Psionic. I was thinking of taking Vigor as my alpha since Titan is an End hog and the healing bonus plays well into WP's regen and health powers. The accuracy is a nice bonus. Is that a good idea? I've heard recommendations for Spiritual or Resilient but neither have End reduction. Should I just not worry about it?
  2. Ah, I see. I was worried because when I looked at the power itself, the recharge time displayed didn't match what it was supposed to be even when going Right-click->Info on the power tray.
  3. I have set bonuses that give global recharge. When I'm in-game and look at the power under Enhancement->Manage or just right-click->info, I don't see the recharge time reflecting what it should be if the global recharge was in effect. Is that just a display bug?

  5. Revised the build, swapped out the Taunt IO in Rise for the last Doctored Wounds to get the Toxic Res set bonus.
  6. Ah, gotcha. Well then, removing that taunt IO then and putting the final piece in for Rise.
  7. This is the first time I've developed a full build for a character, so I'm not too sure how good it is. It looks fun to play, but I don't want to cause a party wipe because I neglected basic utility. TLDR: It's more focused around regeneration, but it gets close to a few soft caps.   8. I was considering Vigor because I have a lot of toggles and Titan Weapon just eats up a lot of endurance. In the build I've designed, I do end up picking up Physical Perfection from Energy Mastery as my Epic, but it doesn't look like it'd be enough. All told, the recovery looks like 4 endurance/second, with toggles eating up about 1.5 e/s. There's also about 42.5% global recharge, putting a lot of attacks over 100% recharge. For Hybrid, I was leaning towards core so I could get more upfront regeneration and resistance, although the taunt aura is very attractive. I did slot a taunt IO into Rise to the Challenge though and Taunt is four slotted with Mocking Beratement so that it's more potent and it comes off of cooldown every 4.5 seconds or so. Would have be enough? As for the rest, I'll go with what you've suggested. Those were sound reasons.
  9. Does anyone have any particular insight on the incarnate abilities themselves? I'm eyeing Vigor in the Alpha and Melee in the Hybrid for my WP/Titan Tanker, but the other slots I'm still up in the air on.

  12. How do you attune sets? Also, do catalysts work on sets like Blistering Cold, where there is a superior version? It says catalysts only work on Archetype sets, so I wasn't sure.
  13. Cool, that is handy info. Would I be able to get away with just one taunt enhancement in my aura or would it be better if I reached soft cap?
  14. Is slotting taunt enhancements on attacks a thing? I'm doing a WP/Titan tanker and most of my Set IO choices revolve around a combination of +recharge and resistance, which doesn't leave me much room for taunt enhancements. Do I need to in order to be a good tanker?
  15. I hope not. I got sick to death of having to run those things over-and-over-and-over-and-dammit-OVER-AGAIN back in the day. It's refreshing *not* to have that grind ahead of me here. I don't think we should remove incarnate rewards for vet levels completely, but right now the rewards for trials pale in comparison to them. They're very front-loaded, so just evening them out through the vet levels would help a lot. What are veteran levels? I tried looking it up but all I saw the veteran rewards program.
  16. Is the cone from Cross Punch any good? I find SJ's cone, sweeping cross, to be kind of lackluster and it's iffy if I can get multiple people in it. In terms of powers, I plan on taking everything SJ except for heavy blow and shin breaker (I'm still debating taunt), everything in willpower except for the last two, combat jumping, super jump, boxing, tough and weave. So that's about 18 out of my 24 powers. To get Ball Lightning from Mu Mastery, I'll need Electrifying Fences, so that'll eat up another 2 powers, leaving with 4 other options. With the 4 power options I have left (3 if I do decide to take taunt), is there anything that stands above the rest? I might go with Spring Attack even though the CD on it is super long.

    SJ/WP Help

    I used to play an Energy/WP brute but I decided to mix it up with SJ this time. I kind of have an idea of what I want regarding SJ and WP abilities, but when it comes to the power pools and epic power pools, I'm a little loss. I'm going for Super Jump and Fighting, but I don't know what my third power pool should be and I have no idea regarding the epic power pool. I do know that by going with SJ, I'm going to be short on AoE like I was with Energy, so that does look to be a hole I should fill, but I don't think there are a lot of great options? Mu Mastery looked to have the only decent AoE in epic power pools.
