You can in fact upload an image to the server. Take a look at the source of my avatar image. You have to make sure it's less than 65 pixels by 65 pixels.

You can save the costume during creation at any time, as long as you haven't entered the city. Anything beyond that, would be kind of cheating, wouldn't it? At least I'd think so. Because if you could export your character, stats and all to some location and re-import them again into some other server... what's to stop you from opening up those files, modifying them, and giving you god-like abilities? My personal opinion is that the costume is that that really makes a character "unique" without harming the game for anyone else.

Delete the directory Tequilla made, and then run Tequilla again and point it to wherever you want the program to run from.

Yes, you just have to make sure to point them to wherever you have Tequilla install CoH. Get the exe file here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/vidiotmaps/

And as far as I know, that's it. MAN I miss that guy, he was an AMAZING writer. I wonder whatever happened to him??? I went looking for these on the Paragon Wiki and was SHOCKED to not find them there. I might have to resolve that issue toot suite just in case this server goes down.
