My spine/fire is the same, simply a farm only toon. I use Ion judgment for the 40 target hit(most of any judgement), ageless destiny for the big +rech boost and for lore pick one with fortitude for extra buff, I still haven't decided on mine either lol

I know this isn't savage melee but this is my psy/regen for comparison. it costs a small fortune but survivability is very high.
