No sign of a Crash folder. Should it be there with the Costumes and Data and Screenshots folders or somewhere else?

I've been having a lot of issue with this game freezing and crashing. Usually one of two scenarios: Either it'll freeze within a minute or two of me opening (sometimes even on the loginscreen itself, sometimes once I'm fully in game), then do that again the next two or three times I open it, then once it stabilizes it'll stay stable for a while. Sometimes, if I've been playing for a while, it'll just freeze out of nowhere... in which case it'll once again start freezing repeatedly the next few times I open it. It's more an annoyance than anything else, as it usually stabilizes after a couple of tries, but it's been going on for a while, so... anybody got any ideas?

Ice bolt: Recharge increased from 4 seconds to 5 seconds. Damage increased from 52.9 to 61.3 damage. Ice Sword: Recharge increased from 8 seconds to 10 seconds. Damage increased from 95.8 to 114.5 damage. Ice Slash: Recharge increased from 10 to 20 seconds. Damage increased from 114.5 to 207.8 damage. Okay, so... I'm actually interested in knowing why. I'm also not sure if this qualifies as a nerf or a buff. I have an /Ice Dom, and I THINK this means I get to do similar DPS while having more time to use my Controls, which might make it a buff, but I'd like clarification from someone more experienced.

So, Savage/Regen Brute! I threw together a build in Pine's/Mids/Whateveryoucall it now that you can take a look at, but generally I'm looking for overall advice. If I want to tank, what sets do I need to focus on? I've been looking at Mako's and Scirroco's for defense, and while I'm pretty okay with 26.8% Ranged defense I worry that 14.9% melee is too low... .On the other hand, getting SL resistance up over 50% feels like it'll go a long way. I'm also not sure whether I should be relying on Moment of Glory/Revive or just one-slotting them and using them sparingly. Any help would be appreciated. Added mine! ... I think people need to put more in their Notes. While some have club/lounge/whatever in their name, info other than that is really useful. For example, I have no idea what "Paragon City Priori of Nation" means. It's also not clear whether some of these places are open to the public or not.

Personally, I've just been assuming "Superboy Punch."
