couple powers got their damage bumped up, all powers now cause Storm Cell and Cat 5 to do their thing more frequently. Playing my Storm/Inv sentinel, I can feel the difference; Storm Cell is a real zone of death now.

Great guide, although as someone who DID main a human-only PB on Live... you aren't as gimped as you think. You trade off the specializations of forms for the ability to more easily use toggles (and less hassle when managing long-duration clickies), and while this may be as much a playstyle issue as anything else, I can't say I ever felt underpowered. It helps if you want to lean more into the support side of a PB, which I did. (It's still sometimes worthwhile to take the forms as set mules, mind you.)
