Played around with pines for a bit and this is what I got.
The resistances are kind of rounded around the low 60's with psi at 70.
Tried to vary some procs in since the attack rotation is simple.
my main question is would 166% recharge be enough to do a clean rotation assuming I take ageless?
I also stopped at 12 kb res, is this enough or should I shoot for 16?
Also is there any applicable use for death shroud as a scrapper? is fury of the gladiator good on it? I currently have that in Dark Consumption
The only thing I can really flex on for this build is Soul Transfer, I like the utility but if major improvements can happen without it - well y'know, I'll take god mode over action jesus mode.
I also chose to land a bit above 32% for my melee defense to account for defense debuffs. I feel like having a little buffer above the 1 luck threshold + all my to hit debuffs gives me a nice little comfort zone.

Not that it's entirely optimal but SR does get significant damage resistance when getting to lower thresholds of hp. How this plays out in game is a bit more subject to your team composition.
They only reason I lean toward SR is the BIG defense debuff resistance.
However shield gives you allies defense.

I went ahead and rolled it since I have the money to spare. So far the revised version works well. No defense debuff resistance hurts - is my biggest take away so far. Is hurl as good for procc'ing as I'm hoping?

Alright folks, I've gotten myself into a bit of a sticky wicket here.
I've gone and dug myself a hole here, choosing a fairly complex build that would require a TON of testing for me to accomplish on my own. Before I go and spend a millions hours doing so I thought I'd dip into the pool of existing knowledge and wisdom available.
The goal of this build is a obviously just as the name implies - Controlling the battlefield while keeping aggro and tanking it up. I've gone with the pool that imo has the greatest pool of controlling abilities to choose from.
With this build I have a stun in Stone Fist - Fault - Tremor - Opressive Gloom - Stalagmites // Proc chance from Unspeakable Terror in Cloak of Fear
And a Hold in Seismic Smash - Fossilize // Proc chance in Gravitational Anchor
My biggest concerns are having all my resistances where they need to be (or as close as I can), my defenses shored up (I figure in a team environment someone is going to have maneuvers so being 1-2% off doesn't completely kill me on the inside), and having my abilities still functional while utilizing procs available.
I'd love some feedback from you all.
Money is no thing with this build. I'm trying to deck it out as much as I can.

Nah I'd take hasten. With ageless it's easy to perma. Drop conserve and oppressive for tactics (my preference) or assault and use vengeance as your last lotg mule. Tactics can also be 3 slotted with adjusted targeting for Xtra energy res.
