Plus they said creating those few animations/powers for Demons was as much work as making an entire set. So...
Three entire sets, as I recall.

I never felt the "Jack hate," but I also can't recall him helping to actually create anything other than this game. Good luck to him, whatever he does and wherever he goes.
Champions Online and Star Trek Online, if I recall correctly. Before CoH he was a tabletop RPG writer.

Before I would get into the rest of your diatribe, let me pause at this line and ask a question that's been bugging me long before you ever posted this.
What's "sovereign" about the Rogue Islands? No, seriously. Oh, sure, you said "any" but lets be real: it's the game, it's the Rogue Islands. There's multiple parties on the islands. Sure, Arachnos is the dominating force, but are they recognized by the UN or whatever other cooperative body exists in the Prime Earth, and do they have a representative sitting there?
Perhaps they are and I've missed the dialog. I freely admit that as a possibility, so I'm asking.
They are, actually. The media materials for the Rogue Isles back when CoV launched said that the Rogue Isles are a UN protectorate. That doesn't make them a voting country, but it does mean that UN troops have a presence, either de facto with boots on the ground, or de jure, with legal rulings declaring it so. They purportedly set them up where there's a significant risk of war without "the international community" sticking its nose in the middle. Right now according to wikipedia the UN controls either physically or legally, three of them. As an illustration of where they do that, the three are Cyprus, the Golan Heights, and Kosovo.

I didn't ask about their leap skills, I asked if they can do a combat hop OVER a boss with just the character directional keys (or at all).
The answer to that is no, by the way.

I dont even know how to word this
flying's evasive maneuvers has 75% resistance, nothing else listed
acrobatics has a flat mag protection but also has the word "resistance" in it
stuff like practiced brawler has a high 10,000% resistance
I wanna be a hover dark armor and maybe fiery aura, will Evasive Maneuvers alone be enough?
To summarize this, the resistance in evasive maneuvers reduces the knock of the power that affects you by that percentage. So a 10 mag knock would be reduced by 75% to 2.5 mag. That reduced mag would then be compared to the knockback magnitude protection provided by other powers, if any to determine if you're affected. Acrobatics offers both mag protection and resistance, so the incoming knock values are first reduced, and then checked against the protection it provides. Practiced Brawler's 10,000% knockback resistance means that you're effectively immune to knockback while it's active, since even a magnitude 1000 knockback would be dropped to .1 mag before being applied against the mag protection.

As for doing First Ward, as you can see it is. Though I actually push players who are starting off in Praetoria to keep going on Gold and head straight to First Ward, it gives a different feel to the character progression.
How so? I tried that with a character once a while ago and don't recall noticing any differences in the dialog or mission structure.

My personal opinion is that NFTs are specifically designed and structured to facilitate money laundering.

Doesn't this run into the problem that if you're close enough to read the character's tag you're already in visual range to be caught in the stream cam?

I'm confused, how does changing where the piece is listed effect the actual model/texture of the various tattoo tops? Since as far as I'm aware the fixed asset will be layered where it's set to layer (i.e. the chest and arms).

If Sudden Acceleration's KB to KD proc is to be given a damage component, then why not the other non-damaging procs too? And while we're at it, since they will now have a damage proc and an effect proc, why not give the damage procs added effects as well?
While we're at it, we should change the Panacea and Performance Shifter procs to also do damage to the power's user when they trigger. It'd be hilarious. And I say that as someone who uses both in almost all my builds.😇

Super stunners are a pain in the arse almost worse then malta Sappers
that said they do have one weakness THEY DO NOT rez if no one is near them.
yep their rez which is VERY painful as it not only does damaage but drains a crapton of endurance is a triggered rez when people are nearby, So make sure that the last blow to a super stunner is delivered at range. with no teamates near it.
And yet nobody ever listens when you try to tell them that.

If memory serves didn't the plan a contest for a player character to join the phalanx but the shutdown ended it?
I thought that was how we got Numina, player winning a "design a Phalanx NPC" contest.

That's actually not a bad Yin derivative costume. Maybe a little sexier than I'd assume the actual character would go, but definitely within the realm of believable outfits.
EDIT: On second thought, it's a lot closer than it looked at first glance. Now I'm more impressed.

I'm happy dipping in wherever if I can pick up what's going on, which I can more or less anywhere in Pratchett and in the earlier Dresden Files.
Some series let you do that, but for me I prefer to see the situations and relationships develop themselves so that I have context. Plus with how fast I read it's less challenging than it might be for others to start at the beginning. :)
As for Battle Ground (the most recent Dresden book) treat it as the second half of Peace Talks and prepare yourself for Big Things(tm).

I read more in a week than most people do in a year. My current reading project is the four book fantasy series Ancient Dreams, which I started earlier today (2/19) and am a quarter of the way through the third book. As I went through them I also realized that I'd read the series when it was originally published a couple years ago, so more like an inadvertent re-reading.
I'm not sure what's next on the list, I often see what's new in Kindle Unlimited and try things that catch my fancy there. If it's something that suggests being "book X of a series" I go back to find the first book and start from there.

Why? Sentinel /regen is the most playable version of the set.
