  2. Spirit Ward is nice via solo for pets or for your team. In case you miss or between a heal. As for Cloud Senses It's constant,(It's not bam bam bam, but every 10 secs) when he's out. Cardiac is always a Mastermind's best friend. That set in Spirit Ward is just a flat out nice set. Proc in it will always have a chance is say Naw, you didn't take that dmg, etc..

  6. Sentinel Base Regen after Recipes: 658.67% Scrappers: 627.33 Now Scrapper doesn't have Instant Healing on or has turned on Dull Pain. So when you turn those on: 1622.31. Which is for a limited time. Overall they could port it and spice up the regen a little bit in Instant Healing and Intergration some. You don't have to deal with Dull Pain clicking/management. I still feel Sentinel's regen ported over to Melee's would be far better option.
  7. Well that's new to me. Back in day, I recall it being opposite. Minus Arachnos who all have toxic resist or also anything robotic. I see, he used Council as his test board, thus all various Robots will have higher Resist to Toxic. That should be tested more on stuff that has no bots in it.
  8. So you don't want Instant Regeneration as a Toggle or Dismiss Pain as a Passive, thus constant increase of HP?

  11. Earth anything to be honest. Earth was one first sets they worked back in development. You can tell, that thing is the Control set of Control sets.
  12. Disruption as others said no. But Acid Arrow, if you can spare the slots for it, yes. Especially if your using Scorpion Shield and you are trying Softcap S/L
  13. Mass Confusion in my opinion should replace Telekinesis. They should give top spot to Psi Pet, that Yin creates.

  15. Your Stealth is for you, the other stealth is for the team and it also grants defense. So yes.
  16. It effects 1st target. As for uselessness of it, unless all you do is solo, maybe. Only time you'll see procs effect beyond first are in your traditional AoE Powers like Foot Stomp or Ice Storm, etc.. But on teams, point is to stack magnitude of different CC powers. Your proc mag could help a CC person on team to finally get their stun or whatever to go off as well.
  17. P.R. is pure Toxic Dmg. 99% mobs out there are weak, 0 resistance, or slight resistance to Toxic. It literally is one the least resisted dmg types in the game for players and mobs. Why would you want to give that up and it gives you a nice range attack.
  18. Hide is not 100% chance of stealth. Some mobs can still see you, but if you combine Hide+Stealth = True Invis. (Against 99% mobs out there)
  19. Literally port over Sentinel's Regen Set to Melees. I feel that would solve a helluva a lot of issues for Currently abused Regen Melee set.
  20. Yes, Defense is always wanted at majority stages of the game. Also with FF, this allows you to focus more on some attacks, like say Dark Blast to offer more -Acc to enemy. Gives you more options to tool around with and not needing to spend a ton of slots on your Primary power. It's very user friendly entry to Defenders.

Yes you do, Blueside already faceroll easy for most part(Yah, still some scary stuff, like Malta, or Dark Astoria Banished Pantheon(or majoirty DA Mobs), or Praetorian stuff(Especially Squid Heads). Back in day, there use to be Nictus Crystals showing up and spamming non stop crap on you. Amongst other stuff back in day. Be happy you don't have that or have a team having to deal with you on the team, thus infecting rest of team with your Kheldian Mob bullshit rest of teaming time, even after you leave.
  22. Here you go. So many folks are so lost in the past and left the game before some more extensive stuff came out. Reason why you see so much Spines or Fire Armor or Invuln.   23. Here are five options to eyeball. You can see all are very well suited for toughness, survivable, & can tank/dps just fine.   24. One, get rid of Ice and go Scorpion Shield, requires you to go Redside and do Patron Arcs, then under Mace Mastery, take Scorpion Shield. Fly is pointless, do to Stalagmites, requiring you to be on the ground to use it. If your wanting to be more ranged, do-able though. Dom's can fly, just Earth Control in general, normally SJ or SS. Do to Stalagmites.
