When folks ask for Blasters, I need to know if your planning to be more melee or more ranged?

I know, trust me I know. But it gets harder to find them, but I keep trying 🙂

Force field Defender. You can take some attacks, some buffs, and run lots of toggles.

I and others of the like minded, despise AE 🙂 Concept was great in theory, the execution was terrible(As in letting xp/rewards from anything in it). Should of stuck to their guns and kept that stuff for Dev selected content from the player base.

Still has nothing on Blue, I know for a fact. 🙂 Something I kept poking Devs about, especially Castle, since I talked to him the most. But yah, you add more of those, you'd be surprised. I remember when 1 Mole Machine on Double XP weekend would take a lvl 1 to like lvl 40.. 😛

Wanna make Redside more popular, put a couple Portal Corp like Contacts for 50 content. Tina Macintyre or Unai Kemen. Large open maps filled with LOTS of mobs to take down. Folks use those lvl/make cash. Redside has literal maps with like 2 mobs on it and a bunch of Pillars worth 0 xp on them. I'm looking at you Vernon Von Grun or stupid 0 xp Mole Machines that are required to be taken down, but like a jillion HP missions... Thus it's less frugal to make funds over on Red, I still prefer the content, but at end day when I need to make that cash, I use all Blue Contacts, which are a lot.

Are they fair, hell no. If you notice 90% time it's some random female(As in the character, not exactly the human behind them) in some sexy outfit that wins, even if it's a specific theme. I recall not to long ago, one time I did one, when HC was hosting it. GM picked me, I got ported to finals, to only see 4 other female toons in sexy outfits and me, before I even had a chance to line up, I was ported out, I was like wha? I asked GM who picked me that was fast, he was like yah, sorry I didn't have a say in finals, they decided to oggle the lady characters. Not only that, just because you think your shit is amazing, doesn't mean others do. Folks have different opinions/tastes. But as I said above, all Contests I've watched when I was bored, it was that result. I don't join em, cuz I don't need cash or anxiety of someone judging what I made, lol.

Redside is better, has better stories/content. But it's also harder. Most blue players hated that fact. They didn't like the struggle. When Redside content started to show it's head on Blueside(Mobs/Mechanics). OMG, the gnashing of teeth back then. I found it utterly hilarious. As when Red came out, I was 95% over there. I will remember to this to day, cuz I bout pissed myself laughing so hard, But Blueside SG on Virtue came to red to do stuff, omg the crying in broadcast about how hard it was on Mercy Island, with Longbow, Snakes, Infected, etc.. I couldn't stop laughing for a good 30 mins, as they kept wailing about in broadcast, till they finally left back to blue. This is before Blueside ATs could go red, so they were trying play Red ATs, most them were Masterminds and couldn't figure that out, lol. So yah, with current state of game, least on Excelsior. Folks are frigging lazy and wanna sit in an A,E. Farm all day. Listen, I understand wanting to get 50, but WTF you going do when you get there? Sure you can do all your lvl 50 contacts(Like I do for cash/Incarnate stuff). But once I'm done, I retire them. Move to next character that I work on. So unless they make it so they can press a button to level up in a mish on Red Button, it's still going be low pop on that side. Even then that might be to much work for them.

Problem folks have with Fortunatas they think they need EVERYTHING, you defiantly don't have the slots for that. You need to decide a route that fits you best, focus on that. Be it Melee with some control, Ranged Toxic/Psi Sentinel basically with slight control, or just more controlly. Then you need to manage your buffs out.

MAN, you must hate your pets... lol. Don't get me wrong, we all love Kins. Pet when you Speed Boost your pets...they become Absolute Idiots and run around like toddlers on Cocaine and Caffeine. Any enemy drops Caltrops or some Ground Patch of dmg, they'll freak out even more and cause them to literally run across most the map. To scream about it to everyone else, so they come back to see what the issues are, decide your abusing your pets to much and need to take you down...

Simple Fix, replace single target confuse with the AoE Confuse, put in the Psi Pet Yin has for the pet. Ta-da.

No, Phase Shift powers are shite, only good for two thinsg: PvP(meh) or a Serious Oh Shit Button. Everyone wants mobs gathered up so we can explode our AOES over & over again. Moment you Phase Shift, you literally just added loads of time and frustration to the fight. It annoys so many people. Back in the day folks did it to troll, to point Grav Controllers/Dominators in general faced a huge stigma to get on teams. To lesser extent Dark Miasma and Sonic Resonances. Use it to solo if you want, but if your on a team, use only for OH SHIT BUTTON, as in half+ your team is down.

Lets be honest, ya'll don't care about the Demons, you just wanna whip shit... lol. At end of the day, I bet that's 99% reason folks take Demons. Honestly your best bet is to beg HC, like they did back in day for a Whip based attack power set.

Seriously, your playing a Pet Class, 100% your actual Dmg is from your pets. A Mastermind if spec'd right can tank, heal, buff, debuff, & DPS all in one. DPS being your pets. Only time you take attacks is normally when you have FF as a secondary. You'll have enough slots/power or two to spare for it. Only then, AOE to trigger aggro at you for your Bodyguard to spread out the dmg between you & pets. IF they even hit you, if you use Scorpion Shield, etc.. Wanna see how I run MMs, come on Excelsior and you can see what attack-less MM(as in no attack powers) Runs.

Pros are pointless, especially with Thermal as a Secondary.

Here you go. This should help you out a lot more. Recipes with your buffs will make the demons at 68% Dmg Resists.(Before any Demon buffs are added in) Your heals will keep em up just fine. They are your DMG. MM attacks are the lowest DPS in the game(Lower then a Defenders). So they are not worth taking, less you got the powers/slots to spare, like say a Forcefield MM, etc..
