It's great to be playing City of Heroes again, Kat/Regen was my main scrapper back in the day but I've gotten this Psi/Shield into the 20s and I'm really enjoying it so far. My main question is whether or not I should reroll as a Stalker as I've heard Psi is better for them. Is there any truth to that? I play solo for the most part so the stealth aspect is appealing, but mostly I just want to maximize my damage output. How would Shield be as a Stalker secondary? I'm completely ignorant of how Stalkers work in the end game after IOs/ATOs come into play, so I'm not sure if this would be a good combo for Stalker.

 

I'll also include my planned build, I'd really love any feedback I can get. I'm terrible at slotting sets so please let me know if I've done anything stupid or if you think I can improve somehow!

I have zero experience with psy melee but the shield part looks fine. Only thing I'd change is the force feedback io in shield charge. I find it doesn't add that much overall recharge to the build. I vaguely remember in live it averaged out to 5% which is nice but not huge.
