why take hoover?

And do you get xp from deceive?

 

Hover is a slot mule for Luck of the Gambler's recharge bonus.

 

Damage enemies do to each other when they're deceived/confused does subtract from the experience you get.  But it's usually so little it doesn't matter.  What's more important is that they are not attacking you, you get the benefits of their support abilities and pets, and they don't activate their big defensive moves like Elude when they're confused.

The reason to take hover is our ranged def is maxes.

 

Took Primal because of Conserve Power. I use this to solo so when up against a GM or tough AV I was always having to stop to regain end.
