Critical Stikre and somethign I noticed

I finally got to start playing again here after real life got in the way and I was only able to play like twice in the last 4 weeks. Anyways I been farming for IO's trying to finish up my S IO's on my dm/shield build and I started working on my critical strike IO's and have 3 of them in place including critical strike proc. Now the weird when I have critical strike proc if I use my soul drain or dark consumption right after every hit from the aoe crits; but shield charge and spring attack do not has any one else tested this on other normal aoe attacks or noticed this on normal aoe attacks (shield charge is a pseudo pet).

Only primary powers can crit. Shield Charge and Spring Attack don't have a chance to crit at all, so there's nothing for the Critical Strikes proc to boost.
