Help the newb please, account info not accepted

I got the game installed, the log in screen comes up the music plays but I have created two different accounts and neither is accepted.  What am I doing wrong?  thanks for the patience!

Make sure you made forum acct and game acct and not 2 forum accts.....check caps lock cuz that screwed me over before....um....you may need to check email if you have to verify acct but I dont remember if that's required or not.....any other ideas maybe someone else has?
