DreamingLove Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 (edited) When I turn on the Windows 10 feature (Nightlight) to remove Blue light from the screen, as soon as I click the CoH window (it stops working). It does not do with with my other windowed programs, just CoH. I tried to download software that removes all blue light like f.lux but it does the same thing. I tried in borderless window mode and desktop (full screen) mode. Same thing. And only happens with CoH. Edited October 22, 2019 by DreamingLove
Lost Ninja Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 Turned on Nightlight then launched game. Game looks okay and appears to be working (I'm in PI outside a mission). Tried turning it on/off while running the game, also no issues. Game client is fullscreen/borderless running with ultra enabled (+cell shading). I'm using a GTX1060 6Gb, I'm using the most recent version of Win 10, (it updated three days ago). Didn't try f.lux (don't really care for the way the game looks in night mode, don't find blue light any worse for my sleep patterns/life than any other colour light). 😉 If you can post your specs/setup as well it would give the devs more to work with.

How would I post my specs and set up? A DXDIAG file?

I think that DXDiag would have all the information, (not looked at one for a while). Be aware that I doubt that it would be a high priority on a full sized dev team, so even given all the information I'd be very surprised if they fix a bug/issue that only a small subset of people will even have an issue with. (Small subset of the small subset that want to use nightlight while gaming.)
