dll not found when launching 64 bit client

So, my computer died.  So...I went out and got another one. 

 

I copied the COH directory and Tequila files over from the old HDD (so this could be part of my problem, but I am hoping for a quicker fix TBH).

 

The 32 bit COH works just find, but when I try to launch the 64 bit, it says it cannot find msvcp140.dll - a quick goodle search says that installing Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015   could fix the issue, but it did not.  Anyone have any ideas?

The link you posted is for the Visual Studio 2010 runtime, which is an older one that won't work.

 

We're using VS2017, so you need the first download on this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

 

Make sure to download the 64-bit (x64) version.
