tough/weave for stone armor tank?

Is Tough and/or Weave worth getting -- meaning they reasonably increase survivability for my Stone Armor tank (Pre-Granite Armor of course). And if so three slot defense/resist in each?

Pre granite definitely.  There is a thread with some non granite builds that might help.  

 

On SOs for tanks I 4 slot those 3 def or res and 1 end red. 

 

Generally put the end red in the first slot as the power becomes available.
