Plant/Nature Controller Advice

Hey guys - So I just rolled a Plant/Nature controller for the first time, and liked the theme of it. But I have no experience in this combination. Are there any do's and don'ts I should know about? What are the strengths/weakness of this build type and how to over come them? Any skippable powers? What are must haves versus nice to have? 

 

I'm looking for what other peoples experiences have been with this combination, when I do a forum search I get a lot of hits on individual parts like Plant or Nature.. but not together. So Hopefully someone with some experience utilizing this kind of setup could give me some advice 🙂
