This is becowse apparently you cown miss Efficiency Expert by doing it through Ourobovos first and thus cowmpleting the cowntent. Please cownsider adding it to Pither's arc when repeated via said timey-wimey stuff. Thank moo. 1 1
Sister Corruption Posted November 30, 2019 Posted November 30, 2019 Efficiency Expert isn't available through Orouboros. You just need to hit the newspapers in Grandville until you get introduced properly.

I'll give the newspapers a go later (waiting 7 days on a Hero for now), but when I look in the Cowntacts list, he's got a green full bar, so either I've done the missions in passing, or something else has lead to me being unable to get to them... hence wondering if it could be added to Ourobovos. Help chat indicated it was missable...
