I've tried remapping the buttons and it still happens. Any ideas on how to fix this? Hardship Posted July 14, 2020 Share Posted July 14, 2020 I don't know for sure what could be causing that. Are you running on PC or Mac? I'm on PC and I just tested the screenshot and it worked fine. I'd check to make sure that you can write to the screenshot directory, it is <game install path>\screenshots Make sure it exists and that it can be written to by your user. Good luck!
