Sonic Repulsion sound problem

I have recently built a very promising Sonic Resonance Corrupter and I found that converting Sonic Repulsion's KB to KD is a stupidly powerful choice but there was one BIG problem with that - It constantly makes loud and terrible sound-effect noises that is horrendous for me and my teammates to the point I am respecing this power out of my build and it's a terrible shame. I read about silencing the Sonic Repulsion file but that only effects me and not everyone else which is still making it a problem for me. Is there any other way to change this or I have to beg a dev to cancel this noise or actually accept that I ain't ever taking this power?

I am sure I am not the only Sonic Resonance user with this same problem.

Yeah it needs toned way way down.
