Homecoming v. Titans

I've just downloaded Tequila (the launcher) and I noticed there's two different groups of servers: Homecoming and Titans. I couldn't find a quick comparison so can anyone fill me in?

Titan Icon is just the costume creator.

[Abraxus]

And Paragon Chat is a CoH simulator where you can interact with others there, and badge hunt.  But, not much else.
