Powers won't come off cooldown after mapserver and dc

Hi all -

 

Wanted to make a report so it has some visibility after talking to an ingame GM. Two of my abilities, Hasten and Channelgun won't come off CD after being mapservered -

Not sure what happened, I'm going to respec to bane at any rate for the time being, that'll allow me to fix the issue I think, I also won't re-learn hasten until after I level up a

bit more to avoid it staying off CD. I'll update the post if I have more issues.

I was having the same issue with Siphon Speed on my MM. Zoning would make it come back off cooldown though.

Having the same issue as OP for Hack (scrapper archetype, broadsword power). There were no issues with Hack until I got the power Slash and used it a few times, then Hack's cool down stayed frozen and is not resetting no matter what I've tried (relogging, zoning, dying).

 

EDIT: After playing another character for a couple of hours my cooldown for Hack was fixed. I'm not sure if switching characters or waiting a long time fixed the issue. After playing for an hour after my Hack cooldown was fixed it never got bugged again.
