Changed screen resolution and can't change back

I installed the game on my Surface to play on the go and I'm pleased to see that it works good enough. The problem right now is that I tried messing with the graphics settings and now my screen resolution to set to high and I can't fix it.

I tried reinstalling the game but the resolution stayed the same. Is there a file I can change or remove to reset this change?

Alt-enter puts you into windowed mode.
