Accurate ToHit Debuff IO sets

So I'm sure this is a known problem, but it seems like some powers say they accept Accurate ToHit Debuff sets, but they don't actually--Spectral Terror, Terrify, etc.

Are there any plans to fix this in the near future?

 

Edit: Was mistaken on Spectral Terror, it's not listed to take Accurate ToHit Debuff. Terrify is the only offender I know of right now.

Update: Spectral Terror does not list itself as accepting Accurate ToHit Debuff, so that's an error on my part (will update original post).

I just ran through all the Control and Support sets, and Terrify in Mind Control was the only one that lists as accepting Accurate ToHit Debuff and refuses to actually accept such enhancements. Blast sets are all fine from what I could tell, and most other categories don't have a lot of ToHit Debuffing in them (though I haven't checked any Epic ATs).
