If I do not qualify for event can I get a 'come back later' dialogue or 'complete x first'? See attached. starro Posted February 2, 2020 Author Share Posted February 2, 2020 i was able to pick the villain contact Arbiter Hawk and run once. Starting with my second villain the same issue comes up. First he says he has something, but does not give mission option.
