I just started this mission and Mu'Vorkan is "twitching."  Like the model is being re-rendered or something like that.

It's all a Nemesis plot.  But not everything is a Nemesis plot!

It seems all solo story mishs do this now.

 

It's like the animation of the character you're playing is on a sort of 2-second cycle that resets when it completes.

 

Very distracting.
