Cold Domination for Controllers is missing "Minimal FX" setting

Both Defenders and Corruptors who also get that power set have said setting, that turns the Ice and Glacial Shield animation into something much less obnoxious, but it is missing for Controllers.

 

Could Controllers please also get that setting? Thanks.

Just bumping this one, I had no idea there was even minimal FX until seeing this (Cold MM here)
