Clarion Partial Core Invocation: No Level Shift

Hi,

 

Tested this out on my end, and Clarion Partial Core Invocation is not applying a Level Shift as it correctly should.

 

I have Spiritual Radial and Clarion both supposedly Level Shifting me, but only Spiritual is applying.

 

Unequipping and re-equipping Clarion does not fix this, nor does relogging/zoning.

 

I'm on a Warshade, if it matters.

 

I'll scrounge some parts and check if the other Clarion Radial is similarly busted tomorrow.

Were you doing incarnate content at the time?

 

The Alpha slot provides a level shift while Destiny and Lore provide incarnate shifts. What this means is that for normal content only your Alpha provides a level shift, while during incarnate content (such as iTrials or Dark Astoria), all of your shifts are applied.
