I gotta go with this. Even if you are herding Rikti for the MSR, which I do regularly on my Fire/ tank (Psi Resist 56%, Positional Def 20ish%), Psi damage just isn't that exciting. Unless there is a certain PSI heavy AV or GM that you really want to tank regularly, the vast majority of Psi baddies just aren't that scary to a well-built tank. And for a Psi-heavy hard target, just show up with a few big inspirations and you'll be fine.
