Gauntlet PunchVoke Not Working When Sync'd Down

This is an issue I am having on my Invulnerability/Super Strength Tanker.

Not sure what's causing this, but when I am sync'd to lower level (so far have seen this through levels 1-19), my single target abilities are not triggering the AoE taunt from Gauntlet. The taunt aura provided by Invincibility however, works as normal. I also get a message in the combat log saying "You cannot use Gauntlet when you are fighting at level x."

I am having something similar happen. It appears that Gauntlet gets turned off while exemplared. The main difference is that all of the other bonuses only give you a similar message when zoning, while the Gauntlet message pulses every 9 seconds.

 

And it gets better.

The moment that you enter combat, Gauntlet triggers again. Gauntlet appears to be working just fine regardless, so maybe it’s just some odd bug.

To be clear, is this happening when you queue the power and it hits? Or when you hit it while it is recharging?

 

What lvl were you exemplared to and what level did you place the power?

 

It appears to be displaying not able to use after an attack once, and after a recharge once. Knowing that the report in text is not always times to the system triggering event, this warrants investigation.
