The Cel shading setting in the current client

Not a fan but a nice option for those who like it. If I want the cartoon looks I’ll go to Champions Online.

It also doesn't work on all textures - if you start looking at newbies coming into town, you'll quickly notice some textures just default to base colors because the cel shader can't handle them.

 

Still, for experimental stuff, pretty cool.

Yeah, same. Never have been a big fan of cel shading in general, though.

Less terrible than Champions, but it still gave me eye cancer.
