Buff Field Medic

Main thing that needs to change is its activation time.  Right now Field medic activation is very bad. 

3.33 activation time feels a lot longer needs to be reduced to 1.5sec or lower.

 

Side wishes

Also if it could buff absorb that would be nice as well.

Also increase its length from 60 sec to 90 sec. 

 

This would make Field Medic feel more stable and balanced.
