Cant Log Into Game

Hello please accept my apology if this question was already asked else where but I tried to log into the game

and it gave me an error saying wrong account name or password but I know its correct, any help would be so appreciated 🥺

As said in our FAQ:

2. Create a Game Account here. This is the account that you will use to log into the game. 

I just made an account but I can't log in to the game, help!

I am having the same issue.  I have create a forum account and a game account and reset those passwords a few times but still no luck.  I have submitted a support ticket in hopes to get logged in soon.  Its been to long and would love to play again.

Are you sure it's a password issue?  What's the error message you're getting?

I just signed up my friend to play and the same exact issue is happening.  We are 100% it is not human error.  I even had him reset the password again.

 

The login works on the site but not in game.
