Can't get into any server

I am able to sign in and see the server list. All my characters are on Excelsior but I tried the others just to be able to get in. The server loads are all medium so I don't think that's an issue. I see a lot of people have sign in issues because of password confusion but that is not the case here I can sign in and get past the User Agreement. It crashes after I select a server. I tried the 64 bit, 32bit, and safe mode launcher. My drivers are up to date.

Did you also ask for help on the Discord?  The response time there is often faster than it is here.

Hey @RAWHeroes  have you tried restarting the launcher?  I'd go so far as to close it, open up task manager, expand out to the "more details" button at the bottom, go to the Details tab, and try to find a process associated with it and kill it if you find it. THEN restart Tequila and see if DLs any updates.

 

Also, you posted in the "report-server-issues" section of the discord.  I'd suggest trying client-issues or setup-install-help.

Thanks to GMKal on the discord. All the files just need to be in the same separated folder.
