Island Rum needs Input Monitoring?

Anyone have some feedback on this?

 

Island Rum requests input monitoring permissions upon clicking the blue play button on Mac but doesn't seem to need those permissions (game patches, launches, etc--successfully)?

 

I'm just a concerned super hero! 💞

Ah, thank you... My search term was too specific to find that... I was only curious, confused, and worried because it's never actually broken anything for me I think!
