Mixed sets missing stats

So i discovered if you have more than 1 of a set.

and 1 or more of the sets are attuned

and your other set(s) isnt attuned

only the bonus from the attuned set appears to apply.

 

Please note: i am not mixing attuned and unnatuned set ios within the same power.
