Whenever we try to use it at the same time, or consecutively, Ion Core Final Judgement does no damage unless we wait 5 to 10 seconds in between firing off this T4 Incarnate Power. GM_Sparky delved into this for us. The graphic DOES fire off but no damage is dealt and it goes on cooldown so it IS being fired off, it just doesn't do anything. siolfir Posted April 4, 2020 Share Posted April 4, 2020 I've also noticed this, and I assumed it was part of the chaining mechanism to prevent it from hitting the same target twice.
