Level shift not showing up

So I slotted mighty judgement the third tier alpha and my level shift is not showing. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated

Did you equip the power into the Incarnate Panel?  Check that the Alpha Slot is filled on the panel.

 

If you're referring to the Judgement Slot, there's no Level or Incarnate Shift conferred on T3/T4 Judgement.  You'd need to slot Lore or Destiny to gain Incarnate Shifts (which only work on iTrials and Dark Astoria vs. the Alpha Slot Level Shift, which works on any Level 50 content.)
