Hadral Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 When firing the beam rifle as a Blaster, the shot comes from the lower body of my character. When firing as a Corrupter the animation is fine and the shot comes from the muzzle of the weapon. Is it a known bug ?
Lazarillo Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 Are you using the "No Redraw" version on one and not the other?
Hadral Posted May 19, 2019 Author Posted May 19, 2019 No matter the version I use, the animation is bugged when firing with the Blaster Archetype. Corruptor and Sentinel are not impacted.
Super Homer Posted May 20, 2019 Posted May 20, 2019 Make sure all your powers are using the same mode (either no-redraw, or original) it seems thing get weird when they get mixed up.

I wanted to try out your theory but... the bug vanished, without any intervention on my side ! I'll keep an eye on it.

The sword bugs the rifle animation, in fact if you change swords the shot comes out higher or lower. For example, take the post apocalyptic pruner which is very long and the shot comes out too high. Take the ninja sword which is very short and it comes out too low. This game seems to have issues with powersets with multiple weapons in it. For example if you take a blaster with dual pistols/arrows, the bow disappears. The corruptor version is fine though. So i think it could be a small overlook, easy to fix.
