WP/StJ Fine Tuning

Mid last year a friend helped me put together my WP/StJ tank and I love it, however I did some tweaking to it myself and it was built on a budget and also without Incarnate stuff in mind, I've become worried that I've overlapped things too much, or that my tweaks have just generally thrown it off.  Could you kind people take a look at it and see where I could do better, please?

 

A few notes:  She hovers everywhere during combat, I like that I don't have to worry AT ALL about End, and if possible I'd like to increase my damage.  Oh, and possibly put more slots into LASER EYES! (pew pew!)

This is a build very much after my own heart.  Only a couple of tweaks....

 

I would have High Pain Tolerance and Mind Over Body change places. MOB does not repay its endurance cost before SO levels so it can be postponed for a little while.  At very young levels you don't want it chewing on your endurance.  This looks like a very endurance conscious build, which is how I make 'em too. 

 

I would also move your Numina Regen/Recovery from Physical Perfection to Health.  The best use of Phys. Perfection is to serve as a mule for yet another Performance Shifter proc. 

 

Why did you even bother with Laser Beam Eyes if you aren't slotting anything in it?  If it's a concept thing that's fine, but at least give it an Accuracy.  I'd dump it and grab Hasten, myself.  That, or grab Strength of Will. which is a fine place to put one of the resistence set procs. 

 

One minor thing: I'd pull one of the Numinas out of Rise to the Challenge and frankenslot the Dark Watcher's Despair Chance for Recharge Slow in there, because you can.

Originally it was 6 slotted, but I was worried about my end so I took slots from that and put them into all the end mod powers.
