Bots/Time Incarnate question

Having some endurance problems on my Bots/Time and was wondering if switching from Agility to Cardiac would help? Has anyone ran with Cardiac that would have an opinion? I have never used it.

I am hoping to avoid slotting Ageless in Destiny, I like having Incandescence to TP the bots when they get out of place.

Cardiac should work by reducing end cost of all power by 33% or 45%. That includes click powers and toggles. But you really shouldn't have end issues with Time. Few slots in Stamina, Performance Shifter proc, Miracle, Numina's, maybe Panacea in Health. Slot an end IO into Chrono Shift if you need it. There's a few IO sets that offer global end discounts like Preventive Medicine and Unbreakable Guard. Don't forget to get the Atlas Medallion and Portal Jockey accolades to increase your max end.
